ShipDesk provides a shipping management platform that allows users to create, manage, and track shipments using integrated carrier services.

ShipDesk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Shipping Services
ShipDesk acts as a technology platform and does not operate as a carrier. All shipments are fulfilled by third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Carrier terms and conditions apply to all shipments
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by ShipDesk
- ShipDesk is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers
4. Fees and Payments
You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Services, including shipping costs, service fees, and any additional charges.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. ShipDesk reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
5. Prohibited Items and Use
You agree not to use ShipDesk to ship prohibited or restricted items, including but not limited to hazardous materials, illegal goods, or items restricted by carriers or law.
ShipDesk reserves the right to refuse service or cancel shipments that violate these restrictions.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring accurate shipping information
- Proper packaging of items
- Compliance with all applicable laws and carrier requirements
ShipDesk is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information or improper packaging.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with ShipDesk are the property of ShipDesk or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShipDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
ShipDesk’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
ShipDesk does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShipDesk, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

ShipDesk may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
